Returns & Exchanges
At Wax Poetic Clothing, we want you to feel as timeless as our designs; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a receipt for your records to track the journey back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
